All employees must be 21 years old, able to lift 50 lbs and availible to work durning our posted open hours on Google and then some with clean up, special events and summer hour extensions.

Retail Associate Details
Retail Associates play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves and additional retail tasks delegated to you by management, assisting customers, and processing transactions daily. They collaborate with the Store Manager and Inventory Expert to ensure accurate product placement and merchandising displays. Providing excellent customer service, including product recommendations, answering questions, and resolving issues, is a primary focus. Retail Associates also assist with inventory counts and receiving shipments as needed as well as while adhering to store policies and procedures for cash handling, security, and safety.
Qualifications:
Customer service oriented individual with a friendly and helpful demeanor
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
Show command of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counting
Display strong communication skills and attention to detail
Exude a willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks or priorities
Be a self-starter with problem-solving skills

Inventory Expert Details
You will perform the duties of the Inventory Expert position while operating on shift as a Retail Associate.

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Expert to join our team. As an Inventory Expert, you will play a crucial role in curating our product selection, ensuring we offer a diverse range of high-quality items that resonate with our customers.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Vendor Management: You will be responsible for sourcing and vetting new products and vendors that align with our store's brand and customer preferences. This includes negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate inventory records is essential to our operations. You will be responsible for tracking stock levels, managing replenishment orders, and implementing product rotations to optimize shelf space and minimize waste.
Collaboration: As part of our team, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Store Owner to ensure the timely placement of orders and restocking of shelves. Your input will be invaluable in monitoring product performance and trends to optimize our inventory assortment and pricing strategies.
Inventory Audits: Conducting regular inventory audits is crucial to the role. You will be responsible for reconciling discrepancies and ensuring that our inventory records are accurate at all times.
Social Media Engagement: In addition to your inventory management duties, you will assist in creating social media content showcasing our store's unique offerings. This includes curating images and copy to share about our vendors and products, helping to spread the word about what makes us special.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
Knowledge of retail purchasing processes and supply chain logistics is helpful but not required
Familiarity with inventory management software or systems or a willingness to learn
